The International English Language Testing System, or IELTS, is an international standardized test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers. It is jointly managed by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English, and was established in 1989.ILTS Stands for (Illinois Licensure Testing System).ILTS exams and assessments measure a teaching candidate's basic academic skills, subject-specific knowledge and teaching abilities.In order to pass an ILTS exam, you must earn a scaled score of 240 out of 300. Each question is weighted differently, so you do not need to get a full 80% of the questions correct.
