The Occupational English Test (also known as OET) is an English language test for healthcare professionals recognised by various regulatory healthcare bodies. It assesses the language communication skills of healthcare professionals who wish to register and practise in an English-speaking environment.OET offers 12 versions of the test for different healthcare professions; nurses, doctors, dentists, pharmacists, optometrists, podiatrists, occupational therapists, vets, speech pathologists, dieticians, physiotherapists, and radiographers.

OET is available 14 times per year and can be taken at test venues around the world. Results are published online approximately 16 business days after the test. Official statements of results are sent out in the post following the release of online results.OET allows you to resit the exam one section at a time.OET@Home is an OET test that you take on computer in your own home or other chosen location, via remote proctoring.

To pass the OET exam, you'll need to achieve a minimum of Grade B, or a point score of 350 across all test areas.This Test is conducted by Australia and fees are $587AUD. The OET test fees in Indian currency is 30,000(approximately).
